In light of the recent developments concerning the spread of the COVID-19 virus throughout the UK and EU we wanted to make you aware of the steps that have been taken here at ATOTS UK. We are closely monitoring the changing situation and complying with public health guidelines.
We are working closely with our suppliers and couriers to ensure continuity of our stock replenishment and delivery to you is not disrupted. We are “Business as usual” We do however appreciate your patience as there may be delays with deliveries due to couriers being under extreme pressures.
Please allow upto 4-5 days for your order to be marked as dispatched (shipped).
Please also allow an extra 2-3 days for the delivery to arrive once dispatched as there may be courier delays out of our control.
We also are experiencing delays with our customer service emails however we are working through them as quickly as we possibly can.
We have removed hand made gift hampers from our website for the time being to avoid unnecessary delays.
We have taken precautionary measures to ensure that transmission of the virus is reduced at much as possible between our small team of staff members - we are able to pack and dispatch orders with no direct contact and have just two team members responsible for this at present.
While there is likely to be some disruption in the weeks ahead we will strive to maintain our usual high levels of service. We intend to continue operating with skeleton staff however anyone that needs to self-isolate or work from home will do so according to government guidelines.
We continue to monitor government advice closely and there may be further limitations imposed upon us over the coming days and weeks. We will of course try to limit the effects of any disruption. Alternative plans will be put in place as and when required.
